ELETTROMECCANICA A.COLOMBO was founded in 1954 as a Company operating in the electrical sector, designing and manufacturing "ASI" modular terminal blocks for electrical switchboards, used in civil and industrial applications. Today it has a Factory covering a surface of 10,000 m² in one of the most important industrial districts in northern Italy, near Milan, where major national and European road and rail routes intersect. Over 50 years of experience have allowed us to introduce and develop a wide range of terminal blocks for DIN rails, with electrical wires ranging from 2,5 mm² up to 185 mm² and a series of special terminal blocks with fuse-carrier and electronics features, in compliance with the most important international Standard such as IEC, UL, CSA. Thanks to our human resources and also to our suppliers who make keeping up to date with the latest technology their guiding principle, starting from a careful selection of raw materials the Company designs and manufactures all its own products. These have given it a leading position on both domestic and international markets, sold through a dedicated network of agents and distributors to specialist electrical installers, machinery manufacturers and electrical wholesalers. The constant research into new materials and processes together with a direct relationship with our customers have given us a solid base in the industrial multinationals sector. Our modern industrial systems enable us to also offer custom-made products thanks to flexible production processes, and an optimum management of resources allow us to guarantee that finished products are always available in the warehouse to meet customers'orders on a real-time basis.
